The AGADEMIC AGSTEM EDUCATION PROGRAM

This fact based, multifaceted youth and family enrichment program and learning curriculum utilizes local farms, schools, learning hubs and maker spaces to provide innovative educational models such as:

• Job preparation & training and skills

• Encouragement of stable home environments

• Addressing/preventing at risk behaviors in youth & their parents

• Civic participation & social responsibility

• Academic achievement strategies

• Socioeconomic barrier breakers

• Entrepreneurship and business building 

• Literacy Lingo – literacy learning through creative writing

• Onsite agriculture education & exposure 

• Health, Wellness and Nutrition education (with cooking demo's)

• Communication skills & practices 

• Spanish & non-English speaking youth participation

This program is a membership based initiative. Our core competencies are Education, Food Security Enrichment, and Urban Farm Apprenticeship. Other advantages include free career counselling, free conference tickets to educational events, and free attendance to professional webinars. 

We are currently expanding to add more communities that need youth enrichment with easy onboarding and digital development structures that can be implemented with short term deliverables.
